2. Exchange and Return

• Fabrics cannot be returned after purchase if they are in perfect condition and free of defects.
• If the fabric has no defects, only exchanges are allowed, not returns.
• Exchanges are permitted within 10 days from the purchase date.
• The exchange must be from the same collection available at the time of the exchange.
• Exchanges will not be accepted after the 10-day period.

3. Non-Acceptable Cases
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the fabric has been used, washed, or cut.
• If the fabric is not in its original condition.
• If the 10-day period has expired.
• Fabrics purchased under promotions or clearance offers (if applicable).

4. Purchase & Delivery

• Online purchase or delivery services are not available.
• All sales and exchanges are processed in-store only.
